what we do

Women in Leadership Leaning on Wisdom (“WILLOW”) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to build bridges for women through experience, knowledge, and compassionate understanding and through offering solutions for managing and overcoming unique challenges facing women in leadership.
